The Incredible Boy Scout Monument

The national monument to the Boy Scouts of America features a boy scout with a nude man and a drag queen--we kid you not! It sits near the White House between the Ellipse and 15th Street NW. We suppose the man is the scout master but aren't sure of the role of the drag queen, perhaps she represents the feminine side of scouting.
