From San Diego to San Clemente

October 2, 2009: We took a day trip to San Diego to see David's dad, have lunch at Point Loma Seafoods and to film a ride on the Giant Dipper!

















































We spied a Jayhawk on the way to Belmont Park; it was a site where KU alumni watch football and basketball games:
The Giant Dipper is a wooden roller coaster built in 1925. It's the primary attraction at Belmont Park on Mission Beach in San Deigo.

We stopped by the Mission Valley Farmers' Market in the parking lot of the Westfield Mission Valley Mall:
