Saturday Night in Savannah
Savannah, July 5: We slept in, had a late breakfast and then headed to North Beach on Tybee where the lifeguard kept us out of the water due to a threatening thunderstorm. So we went to South Beach to get wet before the thunderstorm forced us back home.
We went out for dinner at Johnny Harris. We like their BBQ sauce, so we wanted to taste their barbecue. The sides included tomato aspic and Savannah red rice and the desserts included Key lime pie and Johnny Harris Mud Pie:
